My third ex-roomie (Anup garg) was thrown out without any prior notice. One fine day he came back from the vacation and recieved a resignation letter from HR head. He may not have been the best performer in his group but that said, he was hard working and patient. A guy with a golden soul. Though, later, he got a job in some other company, it was a moment of truth for me.
